Information. We want to know as much about your product or service as you do. We need to know the attributes, the playing field and the competition.
Definition. Together we need to have defined the target market and product/service attributes that are most relevant to the brand.
A 50% deposit will be required prior to all in-depth discussions and field work.
A signed agreement as to the sample size, target market, location and incidence rate. Should the incidence rate change,
you will be notified immediately as that will become evident within the first day of field testing.
An agreed upon timeline. We expect a 5 week time frame. Rushed projects will be charged a standard industry rush fee of $5,000.
